                        AGRICULTURAL COURSE CONCLUDED

The course of instruction to the elementary school teachers terminated yesterday afternoon at the Mico College. The course was commenced on the 1st instant, sixty three teachers taking part in it, and it is generally admitted that it has been of a very instructive and enjoyable character to the teachers. " We have thoroughly enjoyed the course," said one of them to a GLEANER representative yesterday 

afternoon, "and we are satisfied that great benefit to ourselves and the people will result from it. Another teacher said: - "Altogether we have received great benefit from it, especially the practical part of the work at Hope Gardens, from which I anticipate much good. But it a pity that the time was not longer so that we might have gone into the various subjects more thoroughly."
